About Filet: 
My wife Denise, and I, are committed to making each and every dining experience
a memorable one. By selecting only the freshest seafood and beef, and using the finest ingredients, we hope to create food items that leave you in anticipation of what you will have next. The theme of the menu is “ingredients
that you recognize, with an interesting twist”.
We use several regional American culinary styles, and cooking
techniques from classic French to avant garde.

In the 28 years that I have worked in the hospitality industry,
I have developed an acute understanding of the importance of
great service.  By hand selecting each member of our team
and using proven training methods for both the front and the
back of the house, I am confident that my managers and staff
will provide the consistent, superior dining experience that
you deserve.   

At Filet Steak and Seafood, we take pride in providing
great food and friendly, attentive service, in a casual,
comfortable atmosphere. So, whether you just finished

Mark and I met 23 years ago while working in a restaurant in Orlando, FL.   It is   so exciting that after 22 years of being partners in marriage, I now have the opportunity of watching Mark fulfill his dream and becoming his business partner.   Filet is not only a dream but also a gift.  God has kept his promise to us in Ephesians 3:20.   He is truly able to give us more than we could ever ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.   Please come and enjoy this gift with us, as we seek to glorify him.
